LA CHAMBRE BLEUE
La Chambre Bleue is a new restaurant concept from Chef Dani García that draws inspiration from Pablo Picasso’s namesake painting. Both artists hailed from Malaga and both brought their creative vision to Paris. La Chambre Bleue will see Chef Dani Garcia establish his Andalusian roots taking you on a tour of Spain where you can find references to each Andalusian provincce – there will be no shortage of fried fish, seafood and rice dishes alongside exquisite bites that reflect a Mediterranean cuisine.

Dinner: 7pm-11pm
DELANO BAR
At Delano Bar French spirits, wines and liquers take centre stage, paired with local and seasonal produce, all served in contemporary, eye-catching glassware. A meeting of traditionalism and modernity – taking cues from the rich history of nightlife from Delano’s past – Delano Bar will be an icon of fine drinking in the city, welcoming guests with inventive drinks and discreet service.
Aperitifs and digestifs are the signature style of mixed drinks featuring a large selection of French fortified wines, spirits, vermouths and bitters. You can discover a curated list of wines and sparkling wines from the country’s world-class wine regions for those that favour grape over grain.
